![]() I tried to explain issue and he kept asking me the same questions over and over. I called today and got a rep that did not speak English well at all. When I called last week they said there was a problem with the update and they are working on it. Ever since I download the new update app I haven’t been able to sign on to my account to read or send emails to my husband. I will keep posting in all available websites including the BBB until this is resolved.
